Now more so than ever, there is a real need for selling and buying agents to work together.  Please allow us to help you sell your hard-selling spec or model homes.  We specialize in spec homes and new builds.  Builders that have extended us the courtesy of showing their specs and new builds on our site have enjoyed great success in selling the same homes.  We would like to continue to expand our site as well as help you (and us) grow our businesses respectively, especially in this market.  It is time for us to join forces and continue building strong relationships valleywide.  One of the most difficult aspects for us is getting to each and every one of you around the valley.  By allowing us to put your homes on our site (that we market directly to consumers), it helps you reach yet another corner of the audience that may not be reachable otherwise.   This costs nothing for you, the builders' agents. Any special promos (i.e. BUY ONLY THIS WEEKEND) will not be considered for placement on the site as we cannot update the site daily (site is updated once a week)-limiting "instant" promotion placement
